Exhibitor and Sponsorship Opportunities

The Center for Integrated Nanotechnologies (CINT) will hold its 2011 User Conference on August 9-11, in Albuquerque, NM.  This event enables researchers to learn about capabilities at this DOE National User Facility, meet the associated technical staff, nucleate collaborations, and share unpublished scientific ideas.  The agenda consists of 1.5 days of technical sessions enabling the anticipated 150 attendees to report new scientific discoveries, formulate User Proposals, and provide input for Facility operations. The primary support for this conference will be through attendee registration fees and government funds.

Supplemental conference sponsorship by private-sector organizations is being solicited to support conference activities that will enhance the conference experience but which are considered unallowable expenses for government funding.  These may include, but are not limited to, social functions, alcoholic beverages, and non-essential food expenses.  The sponsorship levels and benefits are described below:

$500 General Sponsor

• Acknowledgement and company logo in conference program
• Sponsor-provided flyer/item included with conference registration (optional)
  
  

$1000 Exhibitor

• Acknowledgement and company logo in conference program
• Sponsor-provided flyer/item included with conference registration (optional)
• Exhibit space suitable for exhibitor-supplied self-supporting display, if desired.
• One 6-foot table with table skirting (no table cloth).
• Two 120VAC electrical outlets (for lighting; no heavy equipment)
• Free Wireless internet access
• One Full conference registration (includes one banquet ticket)
• One additional banquet ticket (for guest)
• Option to register additional exhibitors at the discount registration fee of $100 (banquet tickets are additional cost)

$1500 Prime Exhibitor

•  Acknowledgement and company logo in conference program
• Sponsor-provided flyer/item included with conference registration (optional)
• Priority choice of exhibit space suitable for exhibitor-supplied self-supporting display, if desired.
• One 6 foot table with table skirting (no table cloth).
• Two 120VAC electrical outlets (for lighting; no heavy equipment)
• Free Wireless internet access
• Two Full conference registrations (includes two banquet tickets)
• Two additional banquet tickets (for guests)
• Slides with your marketing material will appear on the conference screens and breakout rooms during all the breaks and poster sessions
• Option to register additional exhibitors at the discount registration fee of $100 (banquet tickets are additional cost)
  
  

$3000 Networking Reception Sponsor (Monday evening, August 9th)

• Provides two free beer/wine tickets per attendee
• Acknowledgement and company logo in conference program
• Poster with logo and sponsorship information will be placed at the event
• Sponsor-provided flyer/item included with conference registration (optional)

$3000 Conference Banquet Sponsor (Tuesday evening, August 10th)

• Provides two free beer/wine tickets per attendee
• Acknowledgment and company logo in conference program
• Poster with logo and sponsorship information will be placed at the event
• Sponsor-provided flyer/item included with conference registration (optional)

 

Prime exhibitor sponsors will be guaranteed the location requested at the time of their request.  Regular exhibitors will have their location request honored unless the same location is selected later by a prime exhibitor.
